Appraisal and monitoring

Developers

  • Working with the client's letting agents we prepare initial feasibility studies using computer based financial appraisal tools to test the viability of proposed projects.

  • We use the same base data to monitor the progress of a project throughout its life and to test the actual outcome against the projections.

  • We can advise on clients' own projects or may introduce possible projects to clients once we know their requirements.

Occupiers

  • Working with occupiers we will develop a detailed requirement specification as a tool for negotiation with developers and landlords.

  • Once this is agreed and the commercial terms negotiated we liaise with the client's solicitors to establish the terms of a binding agreement for lease or development agreement.

  • We would then monitor the landlord's works for adherence to the agreement.

  • We can also advise on suitable consultants and contractors for tenant fitting out.
