We
have recently acted as client's representative for P&O Property
Holdings Limited in the construction of a new office and retail
development of approximately 66,000 sq ft at One Marsden Street
in Manchester's central business district.
The
new development is on two basement levels, ground floor and
eleven upper floors. Office floors are around 6,000 sq ft. The
joint letting agents are Lambert Smith Hampton and King Sturge.
The
main contractor is M J Gleeson Group Plc and the project has
been forward sold to The Whitehall Green Partnership, a joint
venture between Green Property Plc and the Whitehall Fund of
Goldman Sachs.
